67th Annual Convention - Special/Vendor Booth Registration

This registration is for Special, Unique, Vendor or VIP guests for the 67th Ontario Building Trades Convention. 

This form is intended for PBCTCO staff only and should not be shared outside the organization.

Please select the approprate ticket type depending on your attendee, and fill out the requested information. If you are missing details or they're not required, just write n/a or fill out to the best of your abilities. We can adjust the details as needed. For the order form, fill out your details as the 'Purchaser' and fill in each ticket type with your guest's details. 

Vendors will be handled directly by Connie, and will only be using this form for tracking purposes. 

Fees will be paid by cheque.
