68th Annual PBCTCO Convention Delegate/Guest Registration

This form is for Delegate and Guest registration for the

68th Annual Ontario Building Trades Convention.

Please read as some things have changed.

• The Early Bird Convention Registration fee for Delegates and Guests is $100.00 per attendee. Early bird pricing will run until Friday, September 19, 2025.

• The fee for Convention Registration after September 19, 2025 (5:00 PM) will be $200.00 per attendee. We strongly encourage everyone to register before this date.

This is the tentative schedule and could change closer to Convention. The official schedule will be populated closer to the event date and will be viewable here.

10:00AM – 12:00PM Workshop

12:00PM – 1:00PM Lunch for all workshop participants

1:00PM – 3:00PM Workshop

5:30PM  – 9:30PM Reception

Thursday October 16, 2025          

10:00AM  – 4:30PM Convention Session Day 1

Friday October 17, 2025

8:00AM  – 12:00PM Convention Session Day 2 (*Delegates Only)

For Convention Registration, please fill out the details for each attendee, including whether or not they will be attending the Welcoming Reception. Accurate numbers will be required for food and beverage for the evening.

Once the Convention Registration has been completed and submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to you containing a ticket with a QR code. Please have this confirmation with you for onsite registration. Should changes need to be made to the registration, please contact us directly at the contact information listed below.

*A convenience fee will be applied to credit card payments*.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION:

• Workshops will take place on Wednesday October 15, 2025 from 10:00am-3:00pm (Note: Workshops may run longer, we will update as information becomes more available)

• Click this link to complete the Workshop Registration.  

• This year's Workshops are broken up into three sections. We strongly encourage attendees to register to the workshop of their choice.

• The Workshop fee is $100.00 per attendee and is an additionally fee to the Convention registration

• The Welcoming Reception will be held on Wednesday October 15, 2025, at 5:30pm and we encourage everyone to attend.
