About the event

The Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Harassment (ADAH) 'Train the Trainer' program was created to bring awareness of stigmas and biases within the construction industry. The modules are designed to understand the root causes of discrimination and harassment in the workplace, while educating participants with proactive solutions to create a safer and more inclusive work environment.

The "Train the Trainer" program will take place on May 11, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Upon completion, all trainers will be equipped to deliver the 120-minute ADAH program. We encourage members, apprentices, union officers, employers, and anyone in our industry to sign up for this valuable training!

IN THE MORNING SESSION: Participants will engage in the course material which will include group activities and open group discussions on lived experiences on work-sites. Participant's will learn the necessary skills to become the trainers and learn critical skills on how to prevent discrimination and harassment.
