CTAO Summit

About:

The Ontario Building Trades is proud to present our 3rd Annual CTAO Summit (Formerly Trades Trainer Summit). This Summit will bring together our Trades Trainers from across Ontario to discuss how to best meet the training needs of tradespeople. More specifically, the Summit will be a forum to:

• Build collaborative relationships and share industry-led solutions for training and apprenticeship delivery

• Hear from decisionmakers on the landscape for trades training in Ontario

• Discuss and problem-solve key issues and opportunities

• Discuss next steps – How we continue to make collaborative efforts to enhance trades training in Ontario

Hotel Accommodations:

This year, the CTAO Summit is being held in Niagara Falls, Ontario at The Brock Niagara Falls Fallsview, Tapestry by Hilton.

Schedule:

May 26, 2026; Travel Day & Onsite Welcoming Reception from 6-9 pm

May 27, 2026; Full Day Session, Offsite Evening Social from 7-10 pm

May 28, 2026; *Half/ Full Day Session (Full Agenda and Schedule to be confirmed)

A detailed schedule will be provided to all registered attendees closer to the Summit.

Registration:

This year, we will be charging a $100.00 registration fee per attendee (Note: there is a service fee added on top of the transaction cost). We request that all attendees fill out the form as accurately as possible. Should you need to make adjustments to your registration, reach out to Gillian directly.
